Customer Order Flow

Step 1: Select Category

Visit www.printlele.com
Choose your product category (Mobile Cover, T-Shirts, Mugs, Frames, etc.)

Step 2: Customize Your Product

For Mobile Cover Products

Select Brand of your mobile (e.g., Apple, Samsung, OnePlus).
Select your Mobile Model.
Upload Your Image/Design.
(Optional) Add Text — choose font, size, and color.

For Other Products (T-Shirts, Mugs, Frames, etc.)

Upload Your Image/Design.
(Optional) Add Text — choose font, size, and color.

Step 3: Add to Cart & Checkout

Click Add to Cart.
Go to the checkout page.
Enter your shipping address and contact details.

Step 4: Make Payment

Choose a payment method (Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking).
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email/WhatsApp/SMS.

Step 5: Manual Preview on WhatsApp

Our team will prepare a digital preview of your customized product.
We will send the preview to you on WhatsApp for approval.
You can request small adjustments if needed.
Only after your confirmation will we proceed with printing.

Step 6: Production & Shipping

Once approved, your design will be sent for printing.
Production usually takes 1–2 business days.
After printing, your order will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking link.

Step 7: Delivery & Support

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days (varies by location).
If you face any issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
