At PrintLele, we strive to provide high-quality customized products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Customized Products
- All customized products (t-shirts, mugs, frames, mobile covers, etc.) are non-returnable unless there is a defect in printing or damage during delivery.
- Since products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
- If your product arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the product along with the order details to info@printlele.com.
- Our team will review your case and, if approved, either replace the product or issue a refund.
- We will Replace the product After Approved Will get Delievred with in 7 Working Days.
- We will issue a refund after approved will get refund with in 7 working days.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- The refund processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
- Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed.
